World Mental Health Day – 10th October 2020

World Mental Health Day 2020 is so important, it’s been a difficult year for us all, with months of lockdown, loss, and added stress, this has had a huge impact on our mental health and wellbeing.

“According to research, with over 16,000 people, we know that more than half of adults (60%) and over two-thirds of young people (68%) said their mental health got worse during lockdown.” Mind.org.uk

Creating awareness around mental health is what the day is all about, making positive changes and lending a shoulder to lean on for anyone who may need it.
