    Vacancy description

    The Main duties for this role are to include:

    • To input relevant data onto various database to meet contractual requirements
    • To provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business
    • To support staff as and when required in general admin duties such as photocopying and answering the telephone
    • Process learner starts to meet contractual deadlines
    • Data Entry
    • To input all enrolment and sign up information onto the Maytas system
    • Accurately inputting learner documentation and data into e-portfolio/ Maytas systems
    • Maintaining timely and accurate records
    • Accurately closing and storing learner records securely
    • Maintaining reliable and accurate learner records (electronic and paper based)
    • Filing and general day to day office administration duties as directed
    • Ad Hoc duties as requested from management

    Requirements and prospects

    • Previous administration/office based experience is essential
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent timekeeping skills
    • Good organisational skills
    • Someone who can work on own initiative or within a team
    • Ability to follow instruction
    • Must have a really good level of numeracy and communication skills
    • Must have a good understanding of IT packages

    Desired qualifications

    • Business Admin Level 2 qualification would be an advantage
