    Brief description of responsibilities

    • Caring for children
    • Learning how to create exciting, enabling environments to meet children’s needs
    • Supporting children’s play and learning
    • Learning how to Support children’s development
    • Adhering to all safeguarding practices
    • Preparing snacks and help with children’s meals
    • Maintaining hygiene
    • Work as part of a team
    • To attend training as required, and complete all assignments set

    Desired qualifications

    • GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent)
    • To apply for the Early Years Educator level 3 you will have ideally attained a Childcare L2 qualification and/ or workplace experience (or equivalent).
    • You will not require any previous workplace experience to apply for the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification as this will be provided during the Apprenticeship

    For the successful candidate there is the possibility of ongoing employment upon completion of the relevant qualification.
