    About the Employer

Children in their early years develop essential life skills and self-esteem in the most natural and unassuming way during play. For young children there is no distinction between play and learning; they are one and the same. Play fosters creativity, imagination and problem solving skills and children learn using their natural curiosity about the world around them. Language increases as a child plays and interacts with others. Learning through play is a fundamental aspect of daily life hereat Green Top.

We support the children in play, keeping a balance between free play where the children choose and direct their own play and more structured activity based learning. Our team ensures there is always a relaxed, calm, and safe environment for the children to develop naturally, whilst tracking their development to the EYFS and planning for each child’s individual needs.
