    Vacancy description

    Duties will include:

    • Assume receptionist duties when needed
    • Distributing post
    • Assist with daily admin tasks, i.e. photocopying, typing, filing
    • Take on new claims and input data into our case management system
    • Liaise with clients and Third-Party via telephone
    • Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
    • Receive and respond to email messages
    • Assist senior members of staff when needed with admin work
