    Vacancy description

    Duties will include:

    • In-depth administration and regular IT use
    • Responding to and composing emails
    • Maintaining a filing system – online and in office
    • Using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
    • Regular interaction through telephone calls
    • The utilisation of recruitment software systems
    • Office organisation and maintenance
    • Payroll and Invoicing processes

    Requirements and prospects

    Desired skills

    • Confident with Microsoft Office packages
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Confident telephone manner
    • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential

    Personal qualities

    • Friendly and outgoing
    • Confident in own ability
    • Eager to progress and learn

    Desired qualifications

    GCSE or equivalent 9/4 (A/C) in English and maths is preferred along with ICT.

    Future prospects

    For the successful candidate there is the possibility of progression and ongoing employment upon completion of the relevant qualification.
