    Vacancy description

    The desired candidate will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

    • Organise Laura’s emails and files
    • Replying and monitoring emails
    • Book meetings
    • Rota’s
    • Stock Ordering
    • Setting up new clients
    • Monitoring SALSA and audits
    • Filing and organising files and documents
    • Social Media management
    • Managing customer enquiries
    • Liaising with Op’s for their needs

    You need to be able to deal with a fast paced demanding environment as no day is the same! 

    Requirements and prospects

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Initiative
    • Business Minded
    • Organisational skills
    • Administration experience
    • Great communication skills
    • Fun personality

    Desired qualifications:

    A good level of Maths and English, ICT packages – ideally GCSE level or equivalent
