    Overview

    The Team Leader Supervisor qualification is a robust, challenging and testing programmes, designed to help employers to develop an agile and professional workforce.

    The apprenticeship standard develops leaders and managers, whether they are new to the role and wish to take their first steps into professional management, or for those already in a management role and wishing to develop their theoretical understanding of management skills.

    On-programme learning

    During the 13 months on-programme learning will provide training and assessment that integrates the knowledge, skills and behaviours that underpin occupational competence.

    This section of the programme will be designed around the needs of the learner and employer to provide a bespoke delivery programme.

    As the learner prepares for the end point assessment, they will develop skills around delivering a work-based project and chairing a team meeting which will demonstrate their accumulated knowledge and understanding around leading teams and its application in their organisation.

    Research activities and assignments will be completed between visits to demonstrate knowledge and understanding.

    All Apprenticeship programmes at Eden offer the learner a flexible approach to on-programme learning as our blended delivery models support access to webinar technology, on-line course content, face to face group and 1-1 tuition in the workplace, enabling the learner to demonstrate a broad range of skills and abilities to their Skills Tutor, that in a conventional learning environment wouldn’t otherwise be achievable.

    • Level 2 English
    • Level 2 Maths

    Functional Skills are the fundamental English, maths and ICT skills that people need and will use throughout their working and personal lives. Learners can study for these component qualification aims in practical ways and apply core skills to real-life situations. Our programmes of learning help to equip our learners with the essential skills they need to succeed in work and life.

    Programme Payments

    Small, Medium Employer (under £3m annual payroll)

    • £22.50 per learner per month (5% employer contribution * 10 months = £225) + VAT

    Levy Employer (over £3m annual payroll)

    • On Programme: £276.92 per learner per month * 13 months = £3,600 (80%)
    • End Point Assessment: £900 (20%)
    • Total Cost = £4,500
