The Customer Service Practitioner standard will support apprentices who will influence the customer experience and improve their satisfaction with the organisation.
The core responsibility of a Customer Service Practitioner will be to provide a high-quality service to customers in line with their organisation’s standards, strategies and regulatory requirements.
Small, Medium Employer (under £3m annual payroll)
- £17.50 per learner per month (5% employer contribution over 10 months = £175) + VAT
Levy Employer (over £3m annual payroll)
- On Programme: £215.38 per learner per month * 13 months = £2,800 (80%)
- End Point Assessment: £700 (20%)
