Edexcel Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading

This element contains 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units
The mandatory units are:

• Manage your own resources
• Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
• Ensure your own actions reduce risks to health & safety
• Provide Leadership for your team

You can then choose 2 of the following optional units.
The optional units are:

• Encourage innovation in your team
• Support customer service Improvements
• Participate in meetings
• Allocate and check work in your team
• Help team members address problems affecting their performance
• Resolve customer service problems
• Provide learning opportunities for colleagues

You will build a portfolio of evidence including Observations, Witness Testimonies and Learner Statements
