Carry and Deliver Apprenticeship
The Carry and Deliver Apprenticeship is designed for people who are involved in the transport and delivery of goods by light vehicle, van, motor cycle or pedal cycle. It provides the knowledge, understanding and skills learners need to become delivery drivers.
It allows Learners to focus on their development within their job role such as establishing effective working relationships, maintaining the safety and security of themselves, load and vehicle as well as developing skills and techniques in relation to personal qualities and attitudes which are essential for successful performance in working life.
The Carry and Deliver Apprenticeship is built up of 3 elements. Your Learning Assessor will work with you to complete the 3 elements within a 12month period.

You will need to research materials to enhance your knowledge in these areas and will then complete a multiple choice test to confirm your knowledge in these areas.
Edexcel Level 1 Communication Key Skills
This is a portfolio and test based unit. Exemptions are in place if you already have key skills at this level or GCSE English.
Edexcel Level 1 Application of Number Key Skills
This is a portfolio and test based unit. Exemptions are in place if you already have key skills at this level or GCSE Maths.
