Apprentice Business Administrator required for a busy Insurance Broker in Stockport, SK2!
You will be given full training to allow you to succeed in your Apprenticeship
You will work towards the following:
Diploma in Business Administration (QCF) Level 2
or
Diploma in Business Administration (QCF) Level 3
Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Answering Inbound Calls / Customer Queries
• Organising / Scanning and filing away paperwork into our Back Office Client Management System
• Sending out policy documents / covering letters and preparing Demands and Needs statements via the system (full training will be provided)
• Assisting Sales Team in preparation of fact-finds / presentations
• General Admin Duties
Skills and Abilities
• Numerate- GCSE’s with a minimum of Grade C – English and Maths
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Demonstrate drive, initiative and proactivity in the role
• Ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written

Previous experience of working in a similar environment would be preferred
Working 35 hours per week- Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm you will be initially be paid £5.00 per hour
